Due to the religious and spiritual nature of our products, including deity (idol) dresses, pooja samagri, and other worship items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures that every product received by our customers remains untouched, pure, and suitable for religious use.

No Return or Exchange

• All purchases made on Sunlata are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for any pooja products, deity dresses, or other religious items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit,
• Defective, or
• Different from the item you ordered,

please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:

• Clear photographs or a short video of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging (if damaged)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
