Sunlata offers eco-friendly pooja products, deity (idol) dresses, pooja samagri, and other religious items. By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
  • Handmade and natural products may have minor variations in colour, size, shape, or finish.
  • Such variations are natural and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation in the case of Cash on Delivery (if available).

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing or listing errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Incorrect customer information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the sacred and religious nature of our products, Sunlata does not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs or videos. After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

All content on this website, including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, and branding, is the property of Sunlata and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
